I started working with SharePoint Technology since the last 4-5 years. During those years i have done a lot of SharePoint projects at customers around development, configuration, installation and architecture. The platform has a lot of out-of-the-box functionality and is easy to expand with custom components. A lot of information can be found at the internet but still i was missing something. To my believe there is a need for an independent platform where people can collaborate and share information around SharePoint Technology. Share information and connect to each other to get more and more experience by helping each other! It should be a platform which brings existing and new information and SharePoint Technology together by articles, references, links and more.
The Dutch SharePoint User Group is an independent social network for people to collaborate and share information around SharePoint Technology and products. By learning from others you can improve your skills and expertise, around areas, which are then again a benefit to the social network. This platform is a community platform for SharePoint developers, architects and designer who want to share information, tricks, code and content. Its also a good starting point for people without SharePoint knowledge who are interested in SharePoint Technology.
This social network depends on the information shared by members and will grow eventually into a large network of people and information. You can help us become this large network by becoming a member and contribute.
When you become a member you can contribute to this social network and connect to others. By connecting to others you can expand you SharePoint network. An account will be created for you, enabling you to participate in for example discussions, blogs, articles and content. People from all countries are welcome to participate.
Because there is so much information to be found around SharePoint Technology we have divided this social network into areas called “Area of Expertise”. These areas contain information around a specific SharePoint Technology. Areas can be Workflow, WSS, MOSS, Administration, Search, Business Intelligence and more. All areas will be maintained by members and designated moderators.
